Okay, I’ve been dropping hints for a while now. But it’s finally official. For the third consecutive year, Superior Business Solutions has earned a Best of Print and Digital® Award.
That is no easy task. Our 3-Peat® is the result of independent research conducted by Butler Street Research. The goal of the research was to identify the companies providing the highest quality service to their customers in the print and digital industry. How did they do that? They asked those customers.
How “Exclusive” Is This Award?
Let’s look at the numbers to see what this Best of Print & Digital win means. Based on survey responses from our customers, Superior Business Solutions ranked among the top one-half of 1 percent of the 22,000 companies in the industry. That means we were in the top 100 or so.
Need another frame of reference? The top one-half of 1 percent is like being chosen one of the top seven players in the NFL. Or (my Michigan readers will like this one) one of the 500 best fans at the Big House for a Michigan/Ohio State game.
Why We’re Happy
Everyone likes to win, naturally. But we’re happy for a couple of reasons. First, the survey is based on what our customers said. No outside opinion or “expert” analysis.
The people who know best, and the people that matter most to us, gave us a big thumbs up. We’re thankful for the scores we received, and we’re glad so many customers said they would recommend us to colleagues.
We also appreciate the many nice comments customers made about the quality of our service and the attentiveness of our people. It’s humbling, but it’s also very reassuring that we’re doing things right.
Why YOU Can Be Happy
If you’re a current customer, it shows you made a good decision to work with us. And if you’re not, you just learned about a proven, trustworthy resource available for all your print and digital needs.
Oh, and one more thing. I don’t mean to sound like that grumpy old football coach that’s never happy, no matter how well his team plays. But I don’t mind admitting to you that our scores, as good as they were, were not perfect.
There were a few times we even fell short of our own expectations. That just means we have room to get even better.

But I have great trust and respect for our people, and I know how they think. They won’t be gloating over the positive glow of this new award. They’ll be rolling up their sleeves and figuring out how to do even better. I won’t even have to say a word. And that, by the way, says plenty.
